Tris Glycine SDS (TGS) Buffer is the most popular and convenient buffer for use in denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) of proteins. The versatility of TGS Buffer enables the accurate separation of proteins in the range of 5 to 500 kDa. Bio-Tek TGS Buffer is made from Biotechnology Grade chemicals. To make a 1X working solution, add 100 ml of concentrated buffer to 900 ml of distilled or deionised water.
