Bio-Tek Services are committed to help keep your shipping charges as low as possible by packaging and shipping at cost. Wherever possible, we pack in clean pre-used cardboard boxes and re-use packaging to minimise environmental impact.
Australia Post and Aramex are usually the lowest cost and most reliable delivery options. Postal charges depend on the destination, the size and weight/cubed weight of the goods being shipped and the selected service.
Express Post Satchels
Express Post satchels are overnight satchels and are ideal for small orders being shipped to capital cities and major regional centres.

Express Post satchels containing refrigerated items are only despatched on Monday- Wednesday to minimise any potential negative effects caused by delivery delays. (Please ensure that these items are unpacked and appropriately stored immediately upon arrival).
Road Freight
Road freight is used for orders that are not time/temperature sensitive or are too large and/or heavy for shipment by Express Post. Road freight charges are dependent upon a combination of the size and weight of the order and the destination. Please feel free to ask us for a quote. Alternatively, if you have an arrangement with a particular freight company, please let us know and we can arrange for them to collect your order from our premises.
International Orders
Customers outside Australia- before contacting us with your requirements, please check if the item(s) you are intending to order are subject to any quarantine or customs restrictions in your location. It is your responsibility to ascertain if the item(s) may be imported, and to hold any necessary permits.
