To place an order, simply contact us with the details of your requirements.
- We accept orders placed by email, phone and snail mail.
- Please include: catalogue number, description of item and quantity required.
- Please specify your delivery address. Cultures and perishable items will not be shipped to a Post Office Box.
- A 30 day invoice will accompany each delivery.

Pricing: |
All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call us for current prices if you require this information prior to placing your order. We guarantee our written quotations for 30 days. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to invoiced items for Australian customers. Credit card purchases will incur a fee of 2.25% (incl. GST) on the total cost (ex GST) of the goods and shipping. Overseas orders incur a fee of 2%. |

Payment: |
Payment of invoiced total is due within 30 days of date of invoice. |

Claims: |
Inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify us in writing of any claims for shortages, defects or damages and hold the goods awaiting Bio-Tek Services’ written instructions concerning disposition. If we are not notified within five days after the goods have been received by you, such goods shall be deemed to conform to the terms and conditions of sale and to have been irrevocably accepted by you. |

Returns: |
Goods may not be returned for credit except with Bio-Tek Services’ written permission, and then only in strict compliance with our return shipment instructions. Please contact us prior to returning goods. Without prior approval from Bio-Tek Services, return freight charges are the responsibility of the sender. |
